MyTREC     is a RUO Real-Time qPCR Assay Reagent Kit for sensitive and accurate absolute quantification of Human T-Cell Receptor Excision Circles (TRECs). Proprietary Calibrators have been designed and optimized for use with TaqMan   probe-detection technology together with a hot-start DNA Polymerase. 

 

The kit is "COMPLETE" containing all components necessary to run the Real-Time qPCR Assay. The kit is compatible with all commonly used Real-Time PCR Instruments.
