Rhesus macaque TREC Real-Time qPCR Assay Kit enables sensitive and accurate absolute quantification of Macaca mulatta's Signal Joint TRECs (sjTRECs). Proprietary Calibrators have been designed and optimized for use with TaqMan probe-detection technology together with a hot-start DNA Polymerase.
The kit is "COMPLETE" containing all components necessary to run the Real-Time qPCR Assay. The kit is compatible with all commonly used Real-Time PCR Instruments.
